School of Design, Arts, and Communication Internship Program Awards
The
School of Design, Arts, and Communication Internship Achievement Award recognizes one outstanding graduating student from each department in the School of Design, Arts, and Communication who has completed an internship. Recipients have demonstrated personal and professional growth and served as a role model for other interns. Additionally, their performance at the internship site will have been exemplary. Through this award, the Internship Director and Academic Program Administrators in the School of Design, Arts, and Communication attest that the recipient excelled in mastering the eight career competencies as established by NACE (National Association of Colleges and Employers) which are: Career & Self Development; Communication; Critical Thinking; Equity & Inclusion; Leadership; Professionalism; Teamwork; and Technology.
