HCM 312 Managing Healthcare Personnel

Examines healthcare personnel management from a strategic and administrative perspective. Emphasis is placed on the key role of employees as drivers of organizational performance, workforce planning/recruitment, and employee retention. Current issues are examined through case studies and analyses of real-world examples. Issues in healthcare personnel management are analyzed through case studies and real world examples.
