CSS 120 Building Resilience Through Mindfulness
Focuses on helping students apply mindfulness-based strategies to navigate contemporary challenges and achieve greater success during and after college. Students use empirically supported strategies to increase their resilience to challenging life experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and improve their self-worth. Topics covered include identifying personal strengths, recognizing harmful interpersonal dynamics, limiting the impact of negativity, and building positive, productive relationships.
