PSY 822 Intermediate Practicum 2
Provides students with clinical experience through a practicum placement focusing on therapeutic intervention. This is the second course in the Intermediate Practicum sequence. The exact nature of Intermediate Practicum 2 is determined in conjunction with the placement setting, but will include therapeutic intervention and other professional activities appropriate to the student’s level of training. On-site supervision is provided by the practicum setting. All students enrolled in
PSY 822 will be concurrently enrolled in
PSY 880, Advanced Case Consultation. Students are independently responsible for paying required fees, including subscription fees for a clinical hour tracking system; APA student membership dues; and background check fees. Other fees related to individual placement sites, such as parking costs, may also be required.

PSY 811,
PSY 812 and Psy.D. Program approval of practicum site.
