LAW 375 Environmental Law

Studies the major environmental statutes and regulations affecting the operations of business and industry. Topics include water pollution control, air pollution control, PCBs, asbestos, hazardous wastes, and other public health and safety regulations. Students will discuss the process developed by federal and state agencies for compliance with these regulations and the potential liabilities faced by employers and businesses.
