NURS 300 Foundations of NCLEX Preparation

Provides preparation for third-year nursing students for nursing practice and for the NCLEX-RN licensure exam. NCLEX preparation platforms such as ATI, Assessment Technologies Institute, are used to reinforce clinical decision-making skills and learn effective test-taking strategies for the NCLEX-RN licensure exam. Students engage in course-specific practice exams and remediation exercises to build their clinical knowledge and refine their test taking skills. Fees for materials are associated with this course.
