MUS 102 University Singers

Surveys a variety of choral music from Renaissance madrigals to pop with emphasis on vocal technique and musicianship within a performance ensemble setting. Emphasis is placed on achieving correct style and ability to project each song's meaning to a listener. Various public performances will be presented during the semester. Students are permitted to repeat this course up to three times for a total of six credits. After completing this course three times, students may take the MUS 107 University Singers – Not for Credit course.
