Academic Standing for Graduate Degree-Seeking Students
Student grades are reviewed at the end of each term. Good academic standing in all master’s or doctoral programs requires a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 in all courses that are fulfilling program requirements for the degree being pursued. The grade of "C" is the lowest acceptable passing grade in a graduate program. Failure to maintain good academic standing will result in probation and/or suspension as outlined in the Academic Probation/Suspension policy. Specific academic programs may have additional requirements to remain in good academic standing (please see program-specific sections of this catalog).
