NURS 316 Concepts of Professional Nursing Practice I

Includes discussion of the philosophy of nursing, perspectives of nursing theorists, and establishment of the professional identity and image of nursing. Nursing roles and professional values are explored in an analysis of evidence-based clinical problem-solving, and elements of cultural literacy and educational competencies are explored.
