LAW 351 Litigation Practice
Provides litigation practice through preparation for and participation in a mock trial. Students develop effective methods for analyzing and preparing cases for presentation in trial. In particular, this course teaches students essential skills in understanding and applying the rules of evidence, preparing exhibits for trial, and giving direct and cross examinations, opening statements, and closing arguments at trial. The focus on the practice aspects of litigation develops students' oral presentation skills and professionalism, enabling them to be more prepared to enter the job market.
