HCM 312 Managing Healthcare Personnel

Examines healthcare personnel management from a strategic and administrative perspective. Emphasis is placed on the key role of employees as drivers of organizational performance, workforce planning/recruitment, and employee retention. Current and other issues in healthcare personnel management are analyzed through case studies and real-world examples.
