PSY 208 Human Sexuality
Focuses on the psychological, biological, social, cultural, and ethical forces that impact one's sexuality. Emphasis is placed on research methodologies. Topics, such as the status of sex research, love, attraction and intimacy, variations in sexual practice and gender expressions, and legal implications, as well as the range of psychological factors that affect one's sexuality, will be introduced. Students should have a grasp of many topics related to human sexual functioning and be able to discuss sexual issues in a more open and knowledgeable manner by the end of the course.
