HCM 400 Professional Skills Development

Creates a personal plan for continuing education and life-long learning to remain up-to-date in healthcare management. Students conduct self-assessments of cultural competency with respect to population(s) served by a given organization where the student is completing the capstone experience. In addition, students interview healthcare managers to identify and reflect upon competencies and skills needed to succeed and progress in their chosen field.
