CM 206 Listening and Communication

Introduces and explores the 21st-century complexities of the listening process as related to personal growth, social relationships, and professional development. Students will assess and modify listening practices for effectiveness. Topics include the role of listening in communication, types of listening, and listening skills within and among various contexts and cultures.
