MGT 440 Leadership and Service Learning

Develops leadership, business, and change management skills to help students identify, analyze, and solve problems relating to social responsibility within an actual business organization. Students spend class time discussing leadership theory, learning leadership skills and practices, and engaging in self-discovery. Working in teams, students also apply that knowledge and skill in working with an external organization to identify and resolve issues and problems relating to community service and social responsibility.
