The Office of Student Success

The Office of Student Success (OSS) is dedicated to the academic achievement, support and engagement of all Stevenson University students. Located within the Center for Student Success, OSS provides a wide variety of academic programming, resources and services to support students' needs. OSS will consistently meet students where they are, to develop and strengthen their academic and professional skills, which will promote a successful life of learning and accomplishment at Stevenson and beyond.

The following academic services are provided:

• Assignment of a Student Success Coach to all first year students
• Course Planning and Advising
• Registration Assistance
• Student Support Groups
• Academic Support Planning
• Student Success Workshops (Time Management, Study Strategies, Test Preparation)
• Connection to Campus Resources

Stevenson University’s Academic Link, located on both the Greenspring and Owings Mills campus, is designed to help students achieve success in their academic endeavors by offering an array of instructional services. Students can meet with a peer or professional tutor for many of the classes offered here at Stevenson, receive reading and writing support, or take an exam in one of the Testing Centers. The Link works with students to help them develop the skills that are necessary to be successful at the college level.
