PHYS 216 General Physics II with Calculus

Introduces the fundamentals of electricity, magnetism, and optics. Topics include electrostatics, Ohm's Law, magnetic fields, Faraday's Law, AC circuits, Maxwell's equations, wave motion, geometrical optics, diffraction, and interference. Laboratory experiments are related to the lecture series. Laboratory included. Students cannot received credit for both PHYS 211 and PHYS 216.
