Minor in Photography

While learning professional skills in fine art and commercial photography, students will explore topics such as portraiture, product and fashion photography, photojournalism, alternative processes, digital imaging, and the history of photography.

The minor in photography requires successful completion of a minimum of six courses and 18 credits with a PHOTO prefix. Students majoring in the Graphic Design in the Photography Track may not earn a minor in photography. All course prerequisites must be met to be eligible to take the selected course for a minor.
